Our History

Waypoint was founded in 2021 by Matt Giese and Joel Griffin, both of whom worked together at Dependable Global Solutions (DGS), a highly successful security and intelligence integrator supporting contracts throughout DoD, IC, and Civilian sectors. Having accumulated extensive experience in Business Development / Intelligence, Program/Project Management, and Recruiting, Waypoint was established to solve the many hurdles and burdens often experienced with third party recruiting vendors / RPOs, to include high costs and ineffectiveness.

Since its establishment, Waypoint has experienced rapid growth, becoming an impact partner of choice for its clients that delivers on “hard-to-fill” needs.
