Rapid Growth & Forward Expansion in 2022

As we end our inaugural year, we wanted to take this moment to say thank you to our Waypoint Human Capital community for your support and partnership! 2021 has been an exciting year for us, and we are grateful to have seen such rapid growth. Being able to serve and support both job seekers and companies navigating the contract terrain is a privilege, and we are proud to have successfully supported our defense industry partners throughout the year.

Future Plans

Moving into 2022, we are continuing to grow as an organization – having acquired access to several new and exciting multi-year programs throughout the country as well as expanding our network of candidates. These programs span technology and service areas in security, intelligence, systems/software development, engineering, and cloud. We’ll also be engaging with new customers that show promising capabilities developing, leveraging, and applying artificial intelligence (AI) in addition to other cutting-edge technologies to meet the growing demands for innovative solutions within their customer’s mission-set.
